The Services provided by wj2pp are available only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. wj2pp strictly prohibits use of its Services by anyone under the age of 21.
• You are accessing the Services from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from or had an account suspended or closed by wj2pp for breach of these Terms.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

wj2pp reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. The 21+ age restriction is strictly enforced. Any user found to be under the minimum age at the time of registration or thereafter will have their account permanently closed and any outstanding balance forfeited.

To access the full range of wj2pp Services, you must register a single personal account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• One account per person. Operating or attempting to operate multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. wj2pp will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep credentials secure.
• You must notify wj2pp support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Contact: [email protected].
• wj2pp may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. You agree to provide all requested documentation promptly.

Account information including name, address, and payment details must be kept current. Providing false or misleading information at any time is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

The following rules govern all financial transactions conducted through wj2pp:

• The minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, large transactions may be subject to additional KYC review.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned less any processing fees incurred.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within minutes.
• wj2pp does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which wj2pp accepts no responsibility.
• wj2pp reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending completion of KYC verification or where fraud or money laundering is suspected. In such cases, we may be required by applicable law to report the matter to relevant authorities.

Any account balance remaining after account closure will be processed for return to the registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided no funds are subject to forfeiture under these Terms. Balances subject to active dispute or fraud investigation may be withheld pending resolution.

wj2pp may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless specific bonus terms state otherwise:

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the specific bonus offer.
• Bonuses are issued to one account per household, device, and IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts constitute abuse and will result in account closure.
• wj2pp reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to accounts and subject to ongoing wagering are not affected by promotional changes.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except upon completion of applicable wagering requirements.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wj2pp. Any user found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all balances and winnings forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

All content available on wj2pp, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of wj2pp or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on wj2pp without prior written consent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to resell or commercially exploit any portion of the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wj2pp and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages, whether arising in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or reputation.
• Indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Any loss or damage arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of the Services, whether or not caused by events outside wj2pp's reasonable control.

wj2pp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: (a) a user has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) wj2pp is required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority; (c) wj2pp suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; or (d) a user's continued use of the Services poses a risk to wj2pp or other users. In cases of termination for breach, outstanding balances may be forfeited.

You may close your account at any time by contacting wj2pp support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method after standard processing. Pending bonuses that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. wj2pp operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play and SSL-secured transactions. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct contact, further resolution steps will be communicated to the user in writing.

Your continued use of wj2pp following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Services and close your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. wj2pp accepts no liability for any failure on your part to review updated Terms.
